You will find many opportunities in different sectors (catering, marketing, management, teaching, etc.). However, be aware that the competition is tough and if your Mandarin is not sufficiently developed, it'll be difficult to find a position. In general, some sectors recruit more than others for this type of profile (young arrivals, good English, poor Chinese). In particular, you will have more chances in the restaurant industry, in translation and in customer service abroad. Teaching is possible, but it will be required to be a native speaker of the language being taught and to have real qualifications.
